Thin walls, noise of the sewers.

Clean, relatively new rooms.

It's a long way from the center

Cozy, nice, there's a balcony, gREAT BREAKFAST.

It's a little tight, a little far to the center.

The breakfast was satisfactory with ham and coffee machine, as example, worth the price. The staff was lovely and were eager to help with every need.

Dirty room, fungus in bathroom, didn't have the professionnalism to empty the garbage from custumers before. Don't worry, I'm not a competitor, I have enough pictures to show you!!! Total rippoff, definitly not a 3 or 4 star hotel

Inadequate security measures could. Noise disturbance from neighboring rooms makes for a sleepless night!!!

Nice hotel especially for the price. Staff are helpful and nice, breakfast is rich and fresh. I had a single room and the bed is extremely small for the space available in the room. They could do with a single bed a bit more wide.

Good restaurant near the hotel (which belongs to the hotel), helpful and kind staff. Bus to the city center is very close.

I enjoyed my stay for three nights where the staff were helpful, and the hotel is conveniently situated less than a 5-minute walk from a fantastic jazz bistro, made my evenings good, in addition to being a short stroll to attractions like the Basilica of Santa Croce, perfect for my weekend explorations and leisurely walks around the city.

It was surely a fantastic stay for 3 nights. Fairly clean, small hotel, I greatly enjoyed nice rooms and wonderful staff. The restaurant was nice with good food, I tried awesome dishes.

We loved our large family room that provided ample space for our kids to play. The location was fantastic, great to enjoy a nice walk along the banks of the Arno, reaching the historical center in just 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, helping us navigate the area like pros.

It would be great if they had more family-oriented activities available.

I had booked the room and the parking post 2 weeks before arriving at the hotel. When I arrived the woman in the reception could not find my name on the reservation, and she didn't know about my reservation of the parking, although they had answered positively 2 weeks before from the hotel . One night I left with my car from the hotel to go out and when I returned the man on the reception told me the parking was now full... (!!!) Also the hotel is situated far from the center, it took me one hour and 2 different buses in order to return... I believe that for this value of money there are better hotels to stay to, in Florence, except if you are not in Florence for tourism and want to stay near that area of the city.
